FREEDOM TO CREATE. INFORMATION TO PRODUCE.

Your next project
deserves more.
More of your time.

A good project starts with an idea. It grows stronger when every stage connects to the next.

Ardus is being developed to connect the room design, the client's choices and manufacturing information. Fewer repetitive tasks, more attention to the decisions that make a difference.

Explore the full journey

ONE PROJECT. FIVE CONNECTED STAGES.

From design to detail.
From detail to production.

Discover the workflow we are preparing
for furniture manufacturing.

01 / COMPOSE

Freedom to create.
Control to refine.

The design develops with
your manufacturing details.

EVERY CABINET FINDS ITS PLACE Aligned drawer unit and two-door cabinet Three drawers with centered horizontal handles, two doors with vertical handles beside the center joint, and consistent gaps between fronts. aligned fronts · consistent gaps end panel Schematic cabinet arrangement.
01

Build the layout quickly.

Insert a cabinet next to the selected one or the last one added. See gaps and adjoining surfaces as you select each element.

02

Refine every dimension.

Move elements in millimeters and use calculations in dimension fields. An adjustment such as 1200/3 fits right into your design workflow.

03

Build with your factory's rules.

Built-up panels and closures follow the cabinet carcass. Front gaps, shelf setbacks and hinges follow the defined standards.

02 / CHECK

Resolve it in the design.
Before it reaches the factory.

Information at the right moment
to decide the next adjustment.

The left door rotates around the hinge at the side, keeping the same length. A narrow filler moves the cabinet away from the wall, providing clearance for the door and handle. Checking is also
part of designing.

Ardus brings together alerts that help identify issues needing attention before production.

  • Door-opening interference
  • Wall cabinet placement above the cooktop
  • Parts exceeding the sheet size
  • Discontinued materials
From warning to action.

When correcting with a filler, the system moves the row of cabinets and adds the filler. The operation can be undone in a single step.

03 / PRESENT

The presentation begins
with the design itself.

We are developing a presentation workflow where geometry, materials and lighting come from the 3D model, connecting the image shown to the work of the designer.

AI VISUALIZATION

Show what
it could be.

Materials, light and atmosphere help clients see the room's potential and discuss their choices.

The master render provides a reference for consistent materials and lighting across presentation angles.

THE PRESENTATION CONTINUES BEYOND THE SCREEN

A clear proposal.
A better-informed decision.

01 / QUOTATION

Pricing in the context
of each room.

Moventus pricing integration and margins by room bring design closer to commercial decisions.

02 / PROPOSAL

What was designed.
What is included.

Bring together room images, scope, finishes, hardware and payment terms in an organized presentation.

03 / 3D EXPERIENCE

Your client can also
explore the design.

With a QR code, clients can open the 3D view on their phone and explore the room from different perspectives.

FROM DESIGN TO MOBILE

04 / DOCUMENT

Shop drawings.
Without drafting
sheet by sheet.

Layouts, views, sections and details come together in a complete drawing set. Your project gains documentation, and you gain time to think about the next step.

Automate. And check.

Each drawing sheet is checked individually for overlapping dimensions and annotations.

Automatic. With your technical insight.

Add view lines to the floor plan and individual drawing sheets to complete the documentation with each project's details.

05 / PRODUCE

The design moves forward.
The details go with it.

From the parts list to machining preparation,
a workflow connected to the design information.

01

Cut list

Dimensions, grain direction, edge banding and sheet identification.

02

Optimization

Send data to the cutting optimizer to plan sheet utilization.

03

Labels

Identification by cabinet to support organization, checking and assembly.

04

Drilling and CAM

Review drilling in the 2D Editor and send it to Lignum CAM as part of the production workflow.

Your manufacturing rules
are part of the design.

Gaps, setbacks and hardware are part of cabinet definitions, connecting design choices with the information manufacturers need.

FROM FACTORY TO INSTALLATION

Attention to detail continues.
Through installation.

ASSEMBLY MANUAL

The design also guides the installer.

The workflow we are developing brings together exploded views, part identification, hardware and the installation sequence to carry design information through to assembly.

DISPATCH CHECKS

Before it leaves the factory, every part counts.

Dispatch lists and part-by-part check records are part of the workflow we are developing to help organize deliveries.

Ardus — a preview of the journey.
Read the film description

The film begins with a designer preparing shop drawings manually. It then introduces Ardus: automatic generation of layouts, views, sections and details; individual checks of dimensions and annotations; construction rules; interference checks; parts lists and production labels; Moventus-integrated pricing; illustrative AI visualization; and proposals with room views, scope and payment terms.
